Through our « Subscribe & Give » initiative, every paid subscription provides free access to a student in need.
We work closely with NGOs, rural schools, and community leaders to bring Kezakoo to underserved regions and fragile socio-economic areas.

Ahned LAHLOU
Co-founder & CEO
Ahmed Lahlou, founder and CEO of Kezakoo, lives and breathes digital experiences. With over 6 million students having used the platform organically, he has mastered designing products to the highest standards, while fully understanding the needs of Moroccan users. An expert in digital growth, Ahmed is driven by a mission: to bring positive change to Moroccan society, with education as a key sector of his impact.

Ahmed Amine LAHLOU
Head of Partnerships and Fundraising
Ahmed Amine LAHLOU is in charge of partnerships and fundraising at Kezakoo. His mission is to develop the company’s B2B operations and to generate funding through donations and grants. With an engineering background and a Master’s degree in Marketing, he brings over 14 years of experience across various sectors, making him a versatile and strategic asset. Thanks to his expertise, Ahmed is responsible for building and managing strong relationships with companies, associations, foundations, and CSR initiatives. He plays a key role in expanding Kezakoo’s network of partners and optimizing collaborations to support the company’s mission.

Lydia HANSEN
Principal Consultant at GEM Business Consult
She supports various SMEs, Social Enterprises and NGOs in grant research, prospecting, grant writing, funding strategy, business plan and pitch deck development. Lydia has previously worked in finance and banking with hundreds of Social Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners. As a result, she thoroughly understands what it takes to build a business, write a business plan, pitch and get approved for business and project financing. In addition, Lydia has over half a decade of experience helping organisations and individuals raise funds. Lydia is helping Kezakoo in terms of Grants writing and fundraising.

Hamza ESSAKHI
Co-founder & Fractional COOO
Hamza Essakhi oversees operations and strategy at Kezakoo. With over 17 years of experience in digital transformation and operational excellence, notably at Unilever and Bupa Arabia, Hamza has structured Kezakoo’s operations, bringing a more focused approach and proven management principles. He excels in orchestrating complex projects and managing large teams, having already supervised over 50 employees. His strategic expertise and operational rigor are major assets for the development of a national edtech solution, capable of reaching millions of students with a measurable impact on their learning outcomes.

Mohamed EL AKHYARI
Data Analyst
Mohamed El Akhyari breathes data at Kezakoo, where he analyzes student performance and engagement on the platform. With four years of experience in data analysis, he combines solid programming expertise (C#, Python) with a deep understanding of eLearning metrics. Mohamed focuses on optimizing performance through insights from student behaviors, engagement rates, interactive quiz results, and student-teacher interactions.

Zineb ESSAKHI
Co-founder & Head of product
Zineb Essakhi is the Head of product at Kezakoo, where she leads the educational strategy and innovation of learning programs. She has played a key role in improving the educational experience for millions of students, leading a team of over 25 teachers. Passionate about education, Zineb has herself created over 500 educational contents in mathematics. She is also the co-founder of several initiatives aimed at promoting science and education in underprivileged communities in Morocco.

Meryem FARAH
Content Manager
Meryem Farah is a Content Manager at Kezakoo. With a degree in Applied Mathematics, she coordinates the management of educational content and the teaching team. Meryem ensures the integration and quality of the content created on the platform, while having a direct line of communication with students. With experience as a private teacher and a strong associative commitment, she is passionate about education and contributes to continuously improving the student experience on Kezakoo.

Kawtar BOUELBARAKA
Project Manager - Engagement
Kawtar is a Project Manager at Kezakoo, where she excels in coordinating and managing strategic projects to maximize student engagement, a key KPI for any e- learning project. Through her leadership, she supervises teams of community managers, optimizes onboarding processes, and ensures user retention. Kawtar plays a key role in continuously improving the student experience and managing relationships with our B2B partners.
